Due to the high-quality equipment, a deposit of € 1,000 is to be paid in advance (€ 500 for regular guests). This will be refunded to your account no later than 1 week after departure, provided that all items are complete and in perfect condition. The deposit is to be paid into the same account as the rent.
Sauna usage is free of charge, as well as 1 parking space, washing machine usage upon request.
